One of the highlights has been the joint Partner Session and SAM Key Note with Microsoft. Goetz Kauschka, Executive Board AdlonSoftware GmbH and Michael Beare, Sr. Director & SAM Lead Microsoft Corp showed in close collaboration the importance of the ISV tool manufacturers based on Hosted and Managed SAM best practices. SAM integration across Microsoft’s programs and experience was the key buzz throughout all presentations. Especially recognized was the new SAMonline solution from ComSoft Direct AG (Switzerland), which implemented MissMarple Online from AdlonSoftware as the international SaaS-Platform. ComSoft’s interactive SAM-Portal is the intelligent, scalable and cost reduced solution available for all customer segments.
