  2. You are issued a session number which is only valid for your specific connection.
  3. Start the Netviewer and enter your personal session number.
  4. Now our support technician is able to see your monitor via a secure connection and can thus solve your problems more quickly and easily.
  • No remote control
    All our support can see is the Windows interface on your monitor. There, you are guided through the required settings by an arrow. .
  • Certified safety
    Safety certificates such as the OPDV approval of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and that of the Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology in Darmstadt/Germany confirm the safety of the Netviewer .
